For more than 20 years, I held senior positions in the fashion and luxury goods industry, as International Sales Director at Dior Couture and Deputy Managing Director at John Galliano.

Throughout my life and career, I have sought solutions to find energy and calm in the face of intense challenges. I have had to manage pressure, stress, and anxiety.
