Why I Created "

At the start of every season, there's a need to adapt 

The changing of the seasons has always been a difficult time for me.

The changing light, the changing temperature, the days getting shorter…

These changes require the body to adapt.

And this also affects our emotions, energy, and desires.

Sometimes, everything slows down, and the momentum isn't what it used to be.

Based on this observation, I was inspired to create a program in which the start of each season becomes a regular event to support these transitions and this renewal.
